Our health and the choices we make are shaped by the social, legal, policy, and environmental contexts in which we live. After all, it’s hard to be healthy without access to good jobs and schools, or safe, affordable homes. Population Health & Judicial Decision-Making is a tuition-free, interactive and discussion-oriented course that provides judges with the tools they need to recognize how these social determinants of health impact litigants and the issues that come before courts, and understand how they are relevant to judicial decision-making.
